The Old Soldiers Home Foundation was proud to assist the COVID-19 response at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC by donating needed equipment:

• A new heavy duty sewing machine to help staff and residents make cloth masks while medical-grade masks are in short supply

• New medical-grade refrigerators for upper level of care units to stock up on medications. A special thank you to the Fort Myer Thrift Shop for providing us a grant to help with this project!
